Hi, I’m Lauren — wife, mom, marketer, and chaos coordinator.
Life With Lauren is my corner of the internet where motherhood meets marketing, and real life meets real talk. It’s part storytelling, part strategy, and a whole lot of caffeine.
I built this blog to share the parts of life that don’t always fit neatly into a caption — the family moments, the business milestones, and everything in between. Because being “delulu but driven” has worked out pretty well so far.
Wife & Mom
This always comes first. My family is everything — the foundation, the joy, and the constant comedy routine that makes me who I am.
I’ve never felt safer or more seen than I do with my people. Sure, I roll my eyes at my husband sometimes (usually while secretly laughing), and yes, I occasionally hide in the pantry after the tenth “Mommy!” in a row. But I wouldn’t trade this life for anything. #harris
Co-Owner of Reliable PR
My other full-time love story is Reliable PR — the agency my husband and I built together from the ground up.
Owning a business has been the most challenging and rewarding thing I’ve ever done. It’s pushed me to grow in ways I never expected and given me the chance to help other brands find their voice.
It’s where strategy meets storytelling — and where “lowkey thriving” became the goal. #reliablepr
The Backstory
Army Brat
I was born in Goosecreek, South Carolina, which probably explains my love for sunshine, sweet tea, and the fact that I still want to break out my Lilly Pulitzer every spring. After that, we moved — a lot. Growing up all over the world taught me adaptability, appreciation, and a serious caffeine tolerance... #armybrat
BA in English Literature + Minor in Journalism
Likely brought on by my obsession with Harry Potter I graduated from Cal State Bakersfield with a degree that made me fall even more in love with words (and coffee). Storytelling became my thing — the goal has always been to make people feel something when they read it.
MS in Integrated Marketing Solutions
Got my Master’s from Northeastern University, where I learned how to make strategy feel creative and creativity feel strategic. Basically, I turned my “I have an idea” energy into data-backed decisions — and realized this is what I was meant to do.
What Grounds Me
Faith is a big part of my foundation — it keeps me steady when everything else feels like a juggling act. But if we’re being honest, there’s also a healthy mix of personality quizzes, Co-Star notifications I’ve overanalyzed, and a little too much “what does this say about me” energy.
It’s a balance between turning to prayer in moments of need & gratitude and still checking Co–Star to see why I’m in my feelings. Somehow between it all, I stay grounded — even when life feels a little cosmic and chaotic.
What You’ll Find Here
Somewhere between drop-off lines and brand deadlines, I built Life With Lauren to be a space for honesty — the good, the messy, and the meaningful.
Here you’ll find blog posts about motherhood, marketing, and everything that makes life a little more real (and sometimes ridiculous).
Stay in the Loop (and the Mess)
No spam. Just real talk, blog drops, and the occasional mom meltdown.
